The University of South Florida in conjunction with the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia (UDABOL), under the main sponsorship of the National Science Foundation, (NSF), and with the support of the Ibero American Science and Technology Educational Consortium, (ISTEC), are pleased to invite you to participate in the Pan-American Advanced Studies Institutes Program, (PASI), “Internship on Rapid System Prototyping Technologies with Focus on Digital Signal Processing, Artificial Neural Networks, Communications, Instrumentation and Control Systems”, to be held at the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia, Cochabamba - Bolivia from June 7th to June 19th, 2004.

The primary objective of the PASI Institute is to offer, within the scope of the theory presented, applications that are related to the Pan-American region.

Funding to support a limited number of students in the Americas is available. Student funding will include travel expenses, double occupancy lodging and meals.
